Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are at the discretion of MMHP where there is a clear processing error and where the funds are in MMHP’s account. However, as a membership platform if you wish to no longer be a member, you may cancel your subscription via the platform and acknowledge that you waive any refund for the portion of your remaining membership time period; for instance if you paid for a yearly membership but wish to cancel at month 5, we will not issue a refund but you can continue to gain the benefit of membership until your yearly expiry date.
